Results we measure

-23%

absenteeism in 6 months

and +18% operator retention – a programme for production supervisors at an automotive company.

How we measured it: Absenteeism: share of absence hours in scheduled working hours before the programme and after 6 months, in the same group (time and attendance records). Retention: percentage of operators remaining employed over a set period, in comparable groups.

-28%

staff turnover in 5 months

A development programme for shift leaders at an industrial company.

How we measured it: leaver rate relative to average headcount in comparable periods before and after the programme, using the same definition of leavers (HR data).

+24%

sales closing rate

A training series for the sales team at an FMCG company.

How we measured it: share of won opportunities among all closed sales opportunities before and after the programme (CRM, same definition of an opportunity).

The results come from measurements carried out together with our clients on their own data (HR, CRM, audits). For each project we agree the baseline, the group and the measurement period. Details are available on request. See how we measure results →

Why companies choose NESSE – and how to verify it

We don’t ask you to take our word for it. Every statement comes with evidence you can check.

4.5/5

NESSE Quality Guarantee

Participants rate every module in the NESSE evaluation survey – an anonymous questionnaire on a 5-point scale (1 = lowest, 5 = highest). If a module’s average rating falls below 4.5 out of 5, we analyse the reasons together with you and improve or repeat the module at no extra cost.

Before

Needs analysis and the NESSE® Competency Map

The NESSE® Competency Map is our proprietary tool: it shows which of your managers’ competencies are strong and which are holding back results. We design the programme on that basis. Below is a sample result.

On the day

Handbook, videos and podcasts

Every participant receives a NESSE handbook on the training topic and a leaflet with links to our videos on YouTube and podcasts on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. The QR codes are also printed in the handbook, so getting back to the materials takes seconds.

After the training

Flipchart photos and a mini-report for HR the next day

Participants receive photos of the flipcharts created in the room, so they can easily return to what was agreed. You receive a mini-report for HR as early as the day after the training: survey results, what participants are taking back to work, the trainer’s observations and recommended next steps.

End of programme

A report on the whole process

At the end of the programme we summarise the whole process in one report for HR: the course of the programme and attendance, ratings day by day, changes in participants’ motivation, what the groups developed, participants’ voices throughout the process, trainers’ observations, recommendations and next steps.
