Nesse's milestones
STEP 1
In 2009, Anna Wodyńska, the current CEO and Head Coach at Nesse and, after hours, an enthusiast of sailing and climbing, decided to revolutionise the standards of soft skill trainings. She has established a training company based on the high standards she believes in. On the basis of her knowledge and experience, stemming from thousands of hours spent in the training room, she has developed her own know-how and methods, and has prepared original training tools. She has also gathered a team of experts and specialists, with whom she shared her resources. Nesse has won the trust of many companies; our training programmes, tailored to individual needs, are highly acclaimed. Customers quickly verified the effectiveness of tools applied by Nesse. Thanks to the high efficiency of our trainings, Customers stay with us for long, participating in long-term training programmes. Some companies have been with us continuously from the very beginning. It is proven by numerous credentials and received awards.
STEP 2
Our Customers have also appreciated our advisory services in the field of leadership, subordinate management, optimisation of activities as well as process mapping and modelling. With our support, they successfully undergo complex changes, building a proactive attitude in their staff and the sense of co-responsibility for the organisation.
STEP 3
At the same time, we provide advisory services in the scope of both soft and hard HR. With that knowledge and gained experience we can propose new products without hesitation. One of them is a package of advisory services called Agile HR. This product contains a whole range of services which are most significant from the perspective of supporting and solving problems in the contemporary HR department. Beginning with auditing the work of the HR team, through coaching (e.g. Crisis Coaching), supporting the process of mediation with employees, preventing workplace mobbing, streamlining of procedures or personal controlling.
