Customers receive the service in accordance with the established guidelines for quality and reliability, within the agreed time frame, taking into account the requirements of national and international regulations, in an efficient and friendly manner.
Our organisation uses the PDCA method in accordance with the scheme presented in the ISO 9001:2015 standard. As a result, we are constantly developing and improving our services and all activities and processes in the company are aimed at ensuring the highest quality.
Guarantee of system security and confidentiality
We ensure the security of the Customer's data by using high-quality data storage services, adequately protected against both destruction and theft. Nesse's IT systems are duplicated, which means that if one of them fails, the other will replace it. Our Customers' data is safe.
