PSCR – service safety and conformity

Since 2025, NESSE has had a designated PSCR (Product Safety & Conformity Representative) team. Automotive clients expect their suppliers to name a PSCR. NESSE provides services rather than manufactured products, so a PSCR is not mandatory for us – we designated one because our automotive and manufacturing clients expect it.

Regulatory monitoring

We track changes that affect training and your teams – e.g. new anti-mobbing rules, the EU AI Act, pay transparency – and update our programmes accordingly.

Programme conformity

We check that our programmes comply with ISO 9001, applicable law and your industry’s requirements.

Audits twice a year

Each audit ends with a written report with conclusions and corrective actions.

For purchasing and quality teams: we provide PSCR details for your supplier file, answer your annual PSCR survey (EN, DE, PL), complete supplier self-assessment questionnaires and prepare a data processing agreement.

We protect client data with high-quality, secure storage. Our IT systems are duplicated – if one fails, the other takes over.
