AI for Managers
Practical and safe use of artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) in the work of a leader and their team. Participants learn to write effective prompts, check results, protect personal data and company secrets, and plan how to introduce AI in their team. No previous experience with AI tools is required.
Who it is for and what problem it solves
AI used without rules
Employees already use AI – without rules, often entering data they should not.
No trust in results
AI answers can be wrong (“hallucinations”), and nobody has taught people how to verify them.
Wasted time
Managers do not know which tasks AI really speeds up and where it does harm.
AI Act obligations
Companies must ensure AI literacy among employees and rules for using the tools.
What participants practise
Basics and safety
- how language models work – in simple terms
- strengths and limitations of AI
- personal data, trade secrets, copyright
- the AI Act and a company AI policy
Effective prompts
- prompt structure: role, context, task, format, examples
- iterating and asking follow-up questions
- checking facts, sources and figures
AI in a manager’s work
- preparing and summarising meetings
- emails and difficult messages
- data analysis, reports and presentations
- AI as a “sparring partner” before a conversation with an employee
AI in the team
- introducing AI: concerns, rules, measuring benefits
- the leader’s role and a learning culture
- my plan: three uses of AI in 30 days
How the process works
Needs analysis
We find out which AI tools the company uses or plans to use and what rules it has.
Workshop
One day of hands-on practice on participants’ laptops, using tasks from their daily work.
Implementation plan
Each participant prepares a plan for three uses of AI and a personal prompt library.
Validation
A knowledge test and a practical task: writing and improving a prompt.
What HR receives
Safe rules
Participants know the data protection rules and the elements of a company AI policy.
Employee AI literacy
Documented training that supports AI Act obligations.
Post-training report
Attendance, evaluations, validation results and recommendations.
How we assess the results
Knowledge test
Capabilities and limitations of AI, safety rules.
Practical task
Writing an effective prompt and improving it based on the result.
30-day plan
Three uses of AI in the team, with benefits, risks and how results will be checked.
Who leads it
An original programme led by:

Anna Wodyńska
Founder of NESSE; more than 2,500 training days with managers, mainly in manufacturing and operations.
What does the first consultation look like?
A free, no-obligation conversation – by phone or online. All you need to know is what the problem is; we will work out the rest together.
You talk to one of our client managers, and a trainer joins if needed.
who the development is for (roles, number of people, locations), what problem you want to solve, what has already been done, timing and budget.
We investigate the problem thoroughly before proposing anything. We also use diagnostic tools such as the NESSE Competency Map®.
a programme proposal with a schedule, a trainer recommendation, a way of measuring results and a quote.

Tell us which tools you use and who you want to train – we will propose a programme, a date and a way of measuring results.
