EMPLOYEE WILL HAVE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engagement in Nesse projects;

• Delivering training sessions on: management, leadership, team building, driving motivation, delegation, team communication, assertiveness, project management, and change and stress management;

• Contributing to consulting projects for Clients;

• Supporting sales (structuring our quotations; work with Sales etc.)

• Designing training programmes and materials;

• Continuous personal growth with respect to training delivered.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Training expertise - min. 250 days of business training delivered;

• Project management experience;

• Graduate diploma, ideally in psychology, sociology, law or economics;

• Expertise in social economics, management, leadership, team building, motivation,

  delegation, team communication, assertiveness, change and stress management;

• Motivated to learn Nesse methods and standards and willing to gain certificates and

  take exams to improve skills;

• Practical business knowledge and interest in management;

• Very good communication skills, high personal etiquette;

• Outgoing, willing to share knowledge;

• Willing to travel (training courses across Poland);

• Very good English language command to deliver training sessions in English;

• Valid category B driving license;

• Highly available, good work organization and sense of responsibility;

• Self-reliable, punctual; with a keen eye to detail.
